3.1 Core Functionality

SHONJOG is a social media management platform designed to help content creators, marketers, and social media managers streamline their workflow. Our Service provides:

• Multi-Platform Video Distribution: Upload a single video to multiple social media platforms simultaneously (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X)
• Account Binding: Securely connect multiple accounts from each supported platform using OAuth 2.0
• Centralized Dashboard: Manage all connected accounts and track upload activity from one interface
• Platform-Specific Options: Customize privacy settings, interaction options, and metadata for each platform
• AI-Powered Features: Generate hashtags and optimize content descriptions (via Pollinations.ai)

3.2 Intended Use

SHONJOG is designed exclusively for:

• Distributing your own original video content that you created
• Sharing content for which you have obtained explicit, legal rights and permissions
• Personal, professional, and business content management purposes
• Streamlining social media workflows for individual creators and businesses

3.3 Service Limitations

While we strive for excellence, users should be aware of the following limitations:

• API Dependency: Our Service relies on third-party platform APIs. Changes or outages to these APIs may affect functionality
• Upload Limits: Daily upload limits vary by subscription plan (see Section 6)
• File Size Restrictions: Some platforms impose maximum file size limits (varies by platform)
• Format Compatibility: Video formats must be compatible with destination platforms
• Processing Time: Upload duration depends on video size and platform speeds

3.4 No Content Hosting

SHONJOG is not a video hosting or storage service. We:

• Temporarily process videos during upload (typically 30 seconds to 5 minutes)
• Permanently delete all video files immediately after upload completion
• Do not create backups, archives, or copies of your content
• Do not provide long-term storage or content management features

4. Eligibility & Age Requirements

4.1 Minimum Age Requirement

To use SHONJOG, you must meet the following age requirements:

• Minimum Age: 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• For EU Users: You must be at least 16 years old (GDPR requirement)
• For Certain Jurisdictions: You may need to be 18+ to enter into binding contracts

4.2 Legal Capacity

By using SHONJOG, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• You are not barred from using the Service under applicable laws
• You will comply with all local, state, national, and international laws
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete

4.3 Geographic Restrictions

While SHONJOG is available globally, certain features may be restricted based on:

• Third-party platform availability in your region
• Payment method availability (e.g., bKash/Nagad for Bangladesh)
• Applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

4.4 Account Restrictions

You may not create an account if:

• You previously had an account terminated by SHONJOG for Terms violations
• You are creating an account to circumvent a ban or suspension
• You intend to use the Service for illegal or prohibited purposes

5. User Accounts & Security

5.1 Account Creation

To use SHONJOG, you must create an account by providing:

• Username: Unique identifier for your account
• Email Address: Valid email for verification and communication
• Password: Strong, secure password (minimum 8 characters recommended)

Alternatively, you may sign up using Google OAuth, which pre-fills your email from your Google account.

5.2 Account Information Accuracy

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information
• Update your information promptly if it changes
• Not impersonate any person or entity
• Not use someone else's email or identity

5.3 Account Security - Your Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized them. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

5.4 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted one active account. Creating multiple accounts to:

• Circumvent plan limits or restrictions
• Evade a ban or suspension
• Exploit the credit system

...is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of all accounts.

5.5 Account Transfers

Your SHONJOG account is non-transferable. You may not:

• Sell, trade, or give away your account
• Allow others to use your account
• Transfer account ownership to another person or entity

6. Subscription Plans & Payments

6.1 Available Plans

SHONJOG offers three subscription tiers:

We accept the following payment methods:

Manual Payments (Bangladesh)

• bKash: Mobile financial service
• Nagad: Mobile banking
• Binance Pay: Cryptocurrency payments

Note: Manual payments require verification by our team (typically within 24 hours)

Automatic Payments (Global)

• Lemon Squeezy: Credit/debit cards, PayPal (instant activation)

6.3 Billing & Renewal

• Billing Cycle: Monthly, starting from the date of purchase
• Auto-Renewal: Automatic payments (Lemon Squeezy) renew automatically unless cancelled
• Manual Renewal: Manual payments require re-payment each month
• Currency: Prices listed in USD; local payment methods may use local currency (BDT for bKash/Nagad)
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

6.4 Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

• Upgrades: Take effect immediately; you pay the difference prorated for the current billing period
• Downgrades: Take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Free Plan: Can always revert to free plan by cancelling subscription

6.5 Failed Payments

If an automatic payment fails:

• We will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times over 7 days
• You will receive email notifications about failed payment attempts
• If all attempts fail, your account will be downgraded to the Free Plan
• You will retain access to your data and can upgrade again by updating payment

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

7.1 24-Hour Partial Refund Window

We offer partial refunds within 24 hours of purchase for paid plans.

7.2 After 24 Hours - No Refunds

After the 24-hour window:

• All sales are final - no refunds will be issued
• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• You can cancel to prevent future charges (see below)

7.3 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• How to Cancel: Go to Dashboard → Settings → Account Status → "Cancel Subscription"
• Immediate Effect: Cancellation prevents future billing
• Access Retained: You maintain paid plan features until the current period ends
• Automatic Downgrade: At period end, your account automatically reverts to Free Plan
• No Refund for Remaining Time: Cancellation does not refund the current billing period

7.4 Special Refund Circumstances

Refunds outside the 24-hour window may be considered at our sole discretion for:

• Service Outages: Extended unavailability of core features due to our fault
• Billing Errors: Double charges or incorrect amounts charged
• Account Termination by SHONJOG: If we terminate your account for reasons other than Terms violations

7.5 Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your payment provider:

• Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
• You must contact us first to resolve issues before filing a chargeback
• Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and potential legal action

8. Content Ownership & Rights

This section is critical to your use of SHONJOG. Please read carefully.

8.1 Your Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload through SHONJOG. We do not claim any ownership rights to your videos, text, metadata, or other materials.

8.2 Your Representations & Warranties

8.3 License Grant to SHONJOG

To provide our Service, you grant SHONJOG a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

• Access and download your content from the URL you provide
• Temporarily store the content on our servers during processing
• Upload the content to your designated third-party platform accounts
• Process metadata, titles, descriptions, and hashtags as you direct

This license:

• Is solely for the purpose of performing the upload service you requested
• Automatically terminates once the upload is complete and your content is deleted from our servers
• Does NOT give us rights to use your content for any other purpose
• Does NOT transfer ownership to SHONJOG

8.4 Prohibition of Copyright Infringement

Copyright infringement is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

You agree that you will NOT:

• Upload any content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights
• Use SHONJOG to "steal," copy, or re-upload videos created by others
• Distribute content without proper authorization
• Remove, alter, or obscure copyright notices or attributions

8.5 DMCA Compliance

SHONJOG complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content uploaded through our Service infringes your copyright:

1. Note that we do NOT host user content long-term (deleted after upload)
2. The content is hosted on third-party platforms (YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
3. File a DMCA takedown directly with those platforms
4. You may notify us at shonjog.site@gmail.com about repeat infringers, and we will investigate and potentially terminate their accounts

8.6 Consequences of Infringement

8.7 Sole Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content and its consequences. SHONJOG:

• Does NOT pre-screen, review, or approve user content
• Does NOT endorse any user content
• Acts as a neutral technical service provider
• Is NOT liable for content you upload or distribute

9. Prohibited Uses

To protect our users and maintain service integrity, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

9.1 Illegal Content & Activities

You may NOT use SHONJOG to upload, transmit, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, unlawful, or violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Promotes or facilitates illegal activities
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Violates export control laws or regulations

9.2 Harmful & Dangerous Content

Prohibited content includes:

• Violence: Graphic violence, torture, or glorification of harm
• Hate Speech: Content promoting hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Terrorism: Content promoting or supporting terrorist organizations
• Child Exploitation: Any content involving minors in sexual or abusive contexts (STRICTLY PROHIBITED - will be reported to authorities)
• Self-Harm: Content encouraging suicide, self-injury, or eating disorders
• Dangerous Activities: Content promoting extremely dangerous stunts or challenges

9.3 Spam & Deceptive Practices

• Mass distribution of unsolicited content
• Deceptive metadata, clickbait, or misleading thumbnails/titles
• Artificially inflating views, likes, or engagement
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
• Manipulating platform algorithms

9.4 Intellectual Property Violations

• Copyright infringement (see Section 8)
• Trademark infringement
• Unauthorized use of third-party brands, logos, or intellectual property
• Piracy of software, media, or other copyrighted materials

9.5 Privacy Violations

• Sharing others' personal information without consent (doxxing)
• Revenge porn or non-consensual intimate imagery
• Unauthorized recording or surveillance

9.6 System Abuse & Exploitation

• Attempting to hack, breach, or gain unauthorized access to SHONJOG systems
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our software
• Scraping, data mining, or automated data extraction
• Overloading or attempting to disrupt our servers (DDoS attacks)
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits

9.7 Account Misuse

• Sharing account credentials with others
• Selling or transferring accounts
• Using accounts for commercial purposes beyond intended use
• Creating accounts with false or fraudulent information

10. Platform-Specific Compliance

When using SHONJOG to upload content to third-party platforms, you must comply with each platform's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Content Policies. Failure to do so may result in action by those platforms (content removal, account suspension) and may also violate our Terms.

11. Credit System & Advertising (Free Plan)

11.1 How the Credit System Works

Free Plan users participate in a credit-based system:

• Credits Required: 5 credits needed to upload 1 video
• Earning Credits: Watch advertisements to earn 2 credits per ad
• Starting Balance: New free users receive 0 initial credits
• Credit Tracking: Your credit balance is displayed on your dashboard
• No Cash Value: Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash

11.2 Watching Advertisements

To earn credits, free users may watch advertisements provided by third-party ad networks:

• Ad Duration: Typically 30 seconds (may vary)
• Completion Required: You must watch the entire ad to earn credits
• Ad Frequency: No limit on how many ads you can watch
• Ad Networks: Primarily Adsterra; we may use additional reputable ad partners

11.3 Third-Party Advertising Disclaimer

11.4 Prohibition of Credit Exploitation

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to artificially earn credits
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent credit requirements
• Attempt to manipulate the credit system or ad viewing
• Engage in click fraud or ad fraud

Violations will result in immediate account termination.

11.5 Opting Out of Ads

To remove advertisements and credit requirements:

• Upgrade to Standard Plan ($4.99/month) or Premium Plan ($9.99/month)
• Paid users receive unlimited uploads with no ads or credit requirements

11.6 Credit Adjustments

SHONJOG reserves the right to:

• Adjust credit earning rates (e.g., change from 2 to 3 credits per ad) with notice
• Modify credit requirements for uploads (e.g., change from 5 to 4 credits per upload) with notice
• Grant bonus credits for promotions or special events
• Manually adjust user credits (e.g., correct errors or compensate for service issues)

12. Third-Party Services & APIs

12.1 API Dependency

SHONJOG's core functionality relies on APIs provided by third-party platforms:

• YouTube Data API v3 (Google)
• Facebook Graph API (Meta)
• Instagram Graph API (Meta)
• TikTok Content Posting API
• X (Twitter) API v2

12.2 Service Availability

You acknowledge and agree that:

• SHONJOG's functionality is dependent on third-party API availability
• We have no control over these external services
• API outages, rate limits, or policy changes by platforms may affect SHONJOG's functionality
• We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party services
• We may be unable to support platforms that discontinue or restrict API access

12.3 No Guarantees of Platform Integration

We do NOT guarantee:

• Continuous availability of any specific platform integration
• That platform APIs will remain unchanged or accessible
• That your uploads will always succeed (platform issues may cause failures)
• Compatibility with future platform updates or API versions

12.4 AI Services

SHONJOG uses Pollinations.ai for AI-powered hashtag generation. This is an external service:

• Pollinations.ai is a third-party service not controlled by SHONJOG
• Generated hashtags are suggestions; accuracy is not guaranteed
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content
• Service availability depends on Pollinations.ai uptime

12.5 Links to Third-Party Sites

SHONJOG may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., platform help centers, ad network policies):

• We do not control or endorse third-party content
• We are not responsible for their privacy practices or terms
• You access third-party sites at your own risk

13. Intellectual Property

13.1 SHONJOG's Ownership

SHONJOG and all related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes:

• Software & Code: Our website, application, backend systems, algorithms
• Branding: "SHONJOG" name, logo, trademarks, design elements
• Content: Website text, documentation, graphics, UI/UX design
• Database: Our data structures and databases

All rights, title, and interest in SHONJOG remain with us. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property.

13.2 Limited License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use SHONJOG for its intended purpose
• Use our service in accordance with these Terms

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our application
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

13.3 Feedback & Suggestions

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas to SHONJOG:

• We are not obligated to compensate you for feedback
• You waive any claims based on our use of your suggestions

13.4 Trademark Usage

"SHONJOG" and our logo are trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent, except:

• Referencing the service in a factual manner
• Using provided social media buttons/badges (if applicable)

14. Account Termination

14.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time:

• Effect: Your account and associated data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy
• Subscriptions: Cancel paid subscriptions before deletion to avoid charges
• No Refund: Account deletion does not entitle you to a refund (see Section 7)

14.2 Termination by SHONJOG

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Terms Violations: Any breach of these Terms
• Illegal Activity: Using the service for unlawful purposes
• Copyright Infringement: Repeated copyright violations
• Abuse: Attempting to hack, disrupt, or exploit our systems
• Fraud: Payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or false information
• Spam: Excessive or abusive content uploads
• Inactivity: Prolonged account inactivity (with notice)
• At Our Discretion: For any reason we deem necessary to protect our service or users

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination (by you or us):

• Your right to access and use SHONJOG immediately ceases
• All data associated with your account will be deleted per our Privacy Policy
• OAuth tokens for connected platforms will be revoked
• No refund for remaining subscription period (unless required by law)
• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (liability, indemnification, etc.) will remain in effect

14.4 No Liability for Termination

SHONJOG will NOT be liable to you or any third party for termination of your account, including:

• Loss of access to the service
• Deletion of data or content
• Loss of platform connections
• Any consequential damages

15. Disclaimers & Warranties

15.1 No Warranties

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability: That the service is suitable for your purposes
• Fitness for a Particular Purpose: That the service will meet your specific needs
• Non-Infringement: That use of the service will not infringe third-party rights
• Accuracy: That content, data, or AI-generated suggestions are accurate
• Reliability: That the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Quality: That the service will be free of viruses or harmful components

15.2 Service Availability

We do NOT warrant that:

• The service will be available 24/7 without downtime
• Uploads will always succeed
• Third-party platform integrations will remain functional
• Features will remain unchanged
• Bugs or errors will be corrected

15.3 Third-Party Content

We disclaim responsibility for:

• User-uploaded content
• Third-party advertisements
• External websites or services
• AI-generated content (hashtags, suggestions)

15.4 Use at Your Own Risk

You use SHONJOG at your sole risk. You are responsible for:

• Evaluating the accuracy and reliability of content
• Implementing appropriate security measures (strong passwords, etc.)
• Backing up important data before using the service
• Complying with all applicable laws and platform policies

16. Limitation of Liability

16.1 Types of Damages Excluded

We are NOT liable for:

• Indirect Damages: Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost Profits: Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Data Loss: Loss of data, content, or information
• Goodwill: Loss of goodwill or reputation

• Third-Party Actions: Platform bans, content removal, or account suspensions by third parties
• Security Breaches: Unauthorized access resulting from your negligence

16.2 Maximum Liability Cap

If we are found liable despite the above exclusions, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

16.3 Jurisdictions That Prohibit Exclusions

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages. In such jurisdictions:

• The above exclusions and limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SHONJOG, its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your Use of the Service: Any activity conducted through your account
• Terms Violations: Your breach of these Terms or any applicable law
• Your Content: Content you upload, distribute, or make available through SHONJOG
• Copyright Infringement: Claims that your content infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Platform Violations: Your violation of third-party platform Terms of Service

18. Dispute Resolution
