1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using the services provided by SHONJOG (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SHONJOG.

2. Description of Service

SHONJOG is a productivity tool designed to help content creators and social media managers automate the process of re-publishing their own digital video content across multiple personal social media platforms. The Service facilitates the transfer of a video from a user-provided URL to the user's authenticated destination channels (e.g., their YouTube channel, Facebook Page, or X account).

The Service is intended for personal and professional content management and is not a tool for mass distribution of unsolicited content or for infringing on intellectual property rights.

3. User Accounts and Security

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities and Content Rights

This is a critical component of our agreement. Your use of the Service is contingent upon your adherence to these responsibilities.

• Content Ownership: You represent and warrant that you are the creator and owner of, or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and to authorize SHONJOG to use, the content you process through the Service. The Service is to be used exclusively for content that you personally own or for which you have explicit, transferable rights.
• Prohibition of Copyright Infringement: You are strictly prohibited from using the Service to download, copy, re-publish, or distribute any content for which you do not hold the copyright or necessary permissions. Using the Service to commit copyright infringement is a direct violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action from copyright holders.
• Sole Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the consequences of posting or publishing it. SHONJOG does not endorse any content submitted to the Service by any user and expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with user content. We are a passive conduit for your content distribution.
• Grant of Limited License to SHONJOG: By using the Service, you grant SHONJOG a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access, use, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of performing the services you have requested (i.e., transferring the video from the source URL to your designated destination accounts). This license terminates automatically once the service is performed and the content is deleted from our temporary storage.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. You agree not to:

• Upload or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or obscene.
• Distribute spam or any form of unsolicited commercial content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Use the Service in any way that violates the terms of service of the third-party platforms you connect (e.g., Google, Facebook, X).

6. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on APIs provided by third-party platforms like Google, Facebook, and X. You acknowledge that the Service's functionality is dependent on the availability of these APIs. We are not responsible for any changes, interruptions, or terminations of service by these third-party platforms.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SHONJOG, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, arising from your use of the Service or any content obtained through it.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
